Accessibility

Last updated 22 October 2026

We want Receivable Desk to be usable by everyone, and we aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design target. We have not completed a formal audit, so we do not claim conformance.

What the app does today

  • Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic headings, labels on form fields, and status/alert announcements for errors and confirmations.
  • Text and interface colors chosen for strong contrast; information is not conveyed by color alone (statuses always have text labels).
  • Layouts adapt to small screens and browser zoom.
  • No autoplaying media, flashing content, or time-limited interactions.

Known limitations

  • Some dense data tables (invoice lists, import preview) can be cumbersome with a screen reader on small screens.
  • The embedded Whop checkout is provided by a third party; its accessibility is under Whop's control.
