Beta terms

Receivable Desk is offered as a free beta. These terms describe how the software currently works. They may change as the product develops; material changes will be shown on this page.

What the service does

• Stores clients, invoices, payments, promises to pay, disputes and follow-up notes that you enter or import from CSV.
• Calculates balances, aging and a prioritized follow-up list from the data you provide.
• Generates editable reminder text you can copy or open in your own email app.

What it does not do

• It does not send email or other messages to your clients. You decide whether and how to send any reminder.
• It does not connect to accounting software or bank accounts, and does not move money.
• It does not collect debts, give legal or financial advice, or guarantee that any invoice will be paid.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for having the right to store your clients' contact details, and for the content of any message you send. Use the service only for genuine business receivables.

Pricing

Free Beta remains available without payment details. Agency and Portfolio prices are proposed. A separate optional live checkout is provided by Whop; the product, price, recurring terms and agreements shown there apply to that purchase. Whop collects payment details, not Receivable Desk. Payment does not automatically grant a paid app plan.

Availability and data

As a beta, the service may change, have bugs or be unavailable. Export your data regularly from Settings. You can delete a business and all of its data at any time from Settings.

Demo

The demo uses fictional data stored only in your browser. It is not connected to any account and can be reset at any time.
