Free · fictional data only
Receivable Desk concept test
Receivable Desk is an independent concept being tested by Cyle Heaney. No business has been registered for this project. Try it free with fictional data only; paid pilots, real accounts and real customer data are not available.
Try three tasks in five minutes
- Find the next follow-up. Open Follow-up queue and choose the fictional invoice you would contact first.
- Review a reminder. Open that invoice’s reminder draft and edit its wording. Do not email the fictional client or mark a real message as sent.
- Record a fictional payment. Open an invoice and record a small invented payment, then check that its remaining balance changes.
Use invented/sample data only, never real customer invoices or contact details. Demo changes are stored on this device; reset them from the demo banner.

Your optional feedback
Answers stay only in this page’s memory. No account, submission, tracking, name, email or company field. Future pilot interest is nonbinding: no purchase, reservation or agreement, and no pilot is available now.
Review and optionally share
Opening email does not send or submit anything. You choose whether to send from your own mailbox. If you send, Cyle Heaney and Google (his Gmail provider) receive your sender address and message. No demo data is included. If your mail app does not open, copy or download the answers instead. Privacy notice.
