Receivable Desk is essential-only: there is no advertising, no analytics and no optional tracking to switch on or off. This page gives you direct control over what remains.

Your account data

• Export everything: sign in and use "Export my data" on the Account page — available whether or not your pilot is paid or active.
• Delete a business: Settings → Delete this business (immediate).
• Close your account: Account → Close my account. Verified with your password; completed within 30 days.

Without an account

If you submitted a pilot request or appear in a customer's imported data and want to access, correct or delete that information, email cyle.heaney@receivabledesk.com from the address concerned. If your data was imported by one of our customers, that customer is the controller and we may act on their documented instruction or refer you to them.

Withdrawing pilot contact consent

Reply to any email from us or write to cyle.heaney@receivabledesk.com and we will stop contacting you about the pilot. There is no marketing list, so there is nothing else to unsubscribe from.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Since no optional tracking exists, it currently has nothing to restrict — and it would never be used to switch anything on.
