Privacy notice

Last updated 22 October 2026

This notice describes the data the Receivable Desk beta actually stores and how it is used.

Account data

Your email address and a securely hashed password, used to sign you in, confirm your email and send password reset links.

Workspace data

Business profiles, clients (names and billing emails), invoices, recorded payments, promises, disputes, notes, reminder templates and timeline entries you create or import. Each business is visible only to the account that owns it; access is enforced by the database on every request.

Pilot requests and feedback

If you request a paid pilot, we store the email, company, role, optional volume band, desired plan, question and your contact consent, and use them only to reply about the pilot. Feedback and support messages are stored with your account so we can respond.

Usage events

We record a small number of product milestones (demo started, signup completed, first import, first reminder copied, pilot requested) with a timestamp. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts are used.

Demo

Demo data is fictional and stays in your browser's local storage. Only an anonymous "demo started" count is recorded.

Optional Whop checkout

Opening the checkout loads Whop's embedded payment service and its payment and fraud-prevention providers. Whop receives checkout information you provide and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Receivable Desk does not store card numbers or send your invoice or client records to the checkout.

What we don't do

  • We don't send messages to your clients.
  • We don't sell or share your data for marketing.

Deletion and export

You can export a business's data or permanently delete it from Settings. To close your account entirely, send a support request from Settings.
